Why are Gel nails better than Acrylic nails ?
Gel nails are better because they are less harsh,lighter,odorless,more glossy and more natural looking.
Always use rubber gloves when washing up and gardening
If you are a nail nibbler,ask the nail tech to apply anti bite to the finished nails.See nail biting under navigation menu.
How often do I need to refill my nails ?
Every 14-21 day's. It really depends on how fast your own nails grow.Some clients can get away with 30 day's plus.
Time
Full sets are approximately an hour and a half. Fills can be as short as 1 hour or as long as 1hr 30mins depending on the service being done and the length of the nails.
Tip removal can take longer than a full set.
How do I know if i'm getting Gel or Acrylic ?
Gel nails are of a similar consistency as hair gel and cured under a uv lamp.Gel does not smell.
Acrylic is a form of powder and toxic smelling liquid and not cured under a lamp.
